Overall, I had a good experience with this professional document destruction service. The entire process was smooth and well handled.

The only issue was during the document collection arrangement. There seemed to be a lack of coordination with the driver, which resulted in me waiting for about an hour. It would be great if this could be improved in the future.

Other than that, everything went smoothly. Thank you to the team for your assistance and professional service. I appreciate your help and would recommend your service.

I was initially looking for a paper-shredding service and came across NCR Resources through information I found via ChatGPT. Their website was very informative, which made everything easier. After contacting them, the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The price for paper shredding was also very affordable. Their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I also didn’t have to worry about data security because they allow you to witness the shredding process right in front of you. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy service. Highly recommended!

Professional service with an amazing team!

From start to finish, the entire shredding process was handled smoothly with great care & transparency. The team efficiently collected bulky loaded boxes of files, which was no small task. Real-time GPS tracking of the vehicle gave us full visibility throughout entire transportation process.

Upon arrival at their recycling centre, we received clear photos, videos & followed by real-time video footage of the shredding process on the conveyor belt.

Considering the comprehensive service provided, the pricing is definitely reasonable. Thanks to Elise & her wonderful team delivering reliable & trustworthy services.
