Non-Executive
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily tasks on time, including updating the vehicle logbook, recording deliveries, and tracking mileage.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and safe for road use in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and cleaning.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance (if necessary) in the event of accidents or breakdowns during transit.
- Plan the most efficient route from collection point to delivery location.
- Act as a purchasing representative to procure recyclable materials from customers on behalf of the Company (if required).
- Oversee and coordinate the workflow of assigned team members.
- Comply with all regulations and laws set by the Ministry of Transport and adhere to the Company’s internal policies.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License).
- Able to work at Cheras, Selangor.
- Possess own transportation for daily commute to the office.
- Able to read, write, and speak Bahasa Melayu.
- Willing to work overtime / outstation if required.
- Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya road routes.
- Experience operating box trucks and roro vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Responsible and disciplined.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Good attitude and teamwork
